Eligibility Criteria.
- Safe and private space for one on one counselling
- Continued check-in to be sure you get the help you need
- No appointment required
- No criteria is followed to qualify for the service
- Service available for all irrespective of age, sex, nationality
- Child friendly space

- The provider conducts field visits into the communities
- All services listed are free of charge
- The entrance to the facility has a ramp
- Staff at the facility speak English, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Arabic, Somali, Tigray, Kirundi, French, Lingala and Luganda
